Terms and Conditions

1. Services
Ram’s Audio Visuals offers rental of audio-visual equipment, including projectors, speakers, microphones, and LED panels for events such as meetings, conferences, workshops, birthdays, and more. We handle shipping, setup, and removal of the equipment.

2. Bookings
– All rentals must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
– A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
– Full payment is due before the event, unless otherwise arranged.

3. Cancellations
– Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a partial refund (excluding the deposit).
– Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

 4. Equipment Use
– The client is responsible for the safe use of the equipment during the rental period.
– Any damage or loss of equipment will result in additional repair or replacement charges.

5. Delivery and Setup
– We provide delivery, setup, and takedown of the equipment at the event location.
– Clients must ensure that the venue is accessible at the agreed time for delivery and setup.

6. Liability
– Ram’s Audio Visuals is not responsible for any damages or losses that occur due to equipment failure or other unforeseen circumstances.
– We will ensure that all equipment is fully functional and set up correctly for your event.

7. Changes to Terms
– Ram’s Audio Visuals reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
