At Ram’s Audio Visuals, we take care of all shipping and setup needs to ensure a hassle-free experience for our clients. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

1. Shipping and Delivery
– We provide delivery of all rented equipment to your event location.
– Shipping is available to most locations within Hyderbad. For events outside our standard service area, additional fees may apply.
– Delivery timing will be coordinated during the booking process to ensure that all equipment is on-site and set up well in advance of your event.

2. Setup and Installation
– Our professional team will handle the complete setup and installation of all audio-visual equipment at your venue.
– We ensure that everything is properly configured and tested before the event starts, giving you peace of mind.
– After your event, we will also manage the takedown and removal of the equipment.

3. Shipping Fees
– Delivery and setup fees may vary based on the location of the event and the specific equipment required.
– These fees will be discussed and included in your initial quote so that there are no surprises.

4. Timing and Scheduling
– We recommend scheduling delivery and setup at least 1-2 hours before your event start time to avoid any delays.
– If your event requires setup the day before, special arrangements can be made during the booking process.
– After the event, our team will arrive promptly to dismantle and collect the equipment.

5. Responsibility and Damages
– Once the equipment is delivered and set up, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure the safety and proper use of the items during the event.
– Any damages or loss during the rental period will be the client’s responsibility, and repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

6. On-Site Support
– We offer on-site technical support for your event to assist with the smooth operation of our equipment if needed. This can be requested during booking, and additional fees may apply.

7. Changes and Cancellations
– Any changes to delivery times or event locations should be communicated as soon as possible.
– Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery may incur a cancellation fee, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
